Is Scope Sheet Pro the State of Texas?
No. Scope Sheet Pro is a private company. It is not affiliated with any Texas state agency and does not give legal advice.
Which registrations does it cover?
Retail registrations issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services, checked against the lists the department publishes and refreshed every day. The date of the list is shown next to the search button.
Do you submit the registration for me?
You submit it in your own state account, because the application ends with an attestation only the owner can make. Your packet takes you through every screen with your answers ready to copy.
Do you need my tax number or Social Security number?
No, never. The state asks for it on its own form, and you type it there yourself.
What if my store isn't found?
Try the registration number instead of the address; addresses are matched on street number, street and ZIP. If a location sells products that require a state retail registration and has none, the new registration packet covers it.
